Fall flowers
If you are growing a perennial garden, then you should
plant fall flowers. The trick with having a year-round garden is to
have flowers that bloom during as many parts of the year as possible.
By planting fall flowers you can be sure that you will have tall stately
flowers during the later months of the year.
Fall flowers come in deep purple, rust, gold, and scarlet. If you plant
them in your garden you need to plant the seeds earlier in the year.
Fall flowers include shrubs that have blossoms.
Popular fall flowers include chrysanthemums and turtle heads. (The
turtle head is named for blossoms which are shaped like actual turtle
heads.) If you don't want to go through the trouble of planting fall
flowers to enjoy their beauty, you can purchase them at a florist or
garden center.
